Return & Refund Policy – Shakir Cardin

At Shakir Cardin, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in delivering high-quality ladies shoulder bags, sling bags, and mini bags — and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

  1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, with tags and any protective wrapping intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. All returns must be coordinated through our customer support team.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable content or digital products
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., used makeup pouches, accessories with skin contact)
  • Customized or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
  1. International Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns from outside the UAE unless the item is defective upon arrival. For more details, please contact our support team before sending anything back.

  1. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If your item is not eligible for a refund, we’ll return it to you and notify you.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
  • If the order is already shipped, a deduction of AED 30 will be made to cover shipping charges.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Reach out to your bank
  4. If still unresolved, contact us at shakircardin@gmail.com
  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item:

  1. Change of Mind Policy

We understand that sometimes a customer may change their mind. If that’s the case:

  • Return shipping will be covered by the customer.
  • Items must meet our eligibility conditions (unused, undamaged, in original packaging).

 Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns to avoid lost parcels.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

Warranty Disclaimer

Please note:

  • We do not offer extended warranties.
  • Damages caused by misuse, rough handling, or not following care instructions are not covered.
  • Natural wear and tear, minor color variation, or soft creasing due to packaging are not considered defects.
