That’s why we offer reliable, transparent shipping across the UAE, with both online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) options available.

We proudly deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including:

- Sharjah
- Ajman

Whether you’re located in a city or a remote area, we aim to get your Shakir Cardin purchase to you quickly and in perfect condition.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Duration: All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays in UAE).
- Orders placed after 5 PM or during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Shipping Duration
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 2–3 working days
- Other Emirates: 3–5 working days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
In case of unexpected delays (such as bad weather, strikes, or courier disruptions), our team will reach out and keep you updated.
Payment Methods
We offer safe and flexible payment options for your convenience:
- Online Payment: Pay securely through credit/debit cards or any available online method at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across the UAE. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to make the payment in full at the time of delivery.
Note: For COD orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp for verification before dispatch.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Unavailable contact number
- No one available to receive the parcel
- Customer refusal upon delivery
We will attempt to contact you to rearrange delivery. However, after two failed attempts, your order may be canceled, and for COD orders, future orders may require advance online payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable). You can use this to check your parcel’s delivery status anytime.
If you face any difficulty with tracking, our customer service is ready to help.
Packaging & Handling
All products are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure your items arrive safely and undamaged. Every bag is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
