We offer two convenient payment methods:

  • Online Payment – via secure credit/debit card or other available online gateways at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for customers across the UAE

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and may include applicable taxes. Orders are only processed after successful payment confirmation or COD verification.

  1. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details. Shakir Cardin reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as:

  • Incorrect pricing or product errors
  • Fraudulent activity or suspected misuse
  • Unavailable stock

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered in 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays are not under our control.

Please ensure your address and contact number are correct. Shakir Cardin will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

  1. Returns & Refunds
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued after product inspection.
  • Customers must bear return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Some items like gift cards, customized products, or health-related items are non-returnable.

  1. Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch, AED 30 will be deducted to cover shipping charges.
